Thank you to the 60 members that joined us at the 2019 Annual Meeting and Luncheon on December 5. Fun was had by all as we celebrated the achievements of our members over the past year and looked forward to the successes of 2020.
The celebration included welcoming the incoming AFP GDC board members elected during the annual business meeting, as well as recognizing those members that completed the 2019 AFP-GDC Mentorship Program and the 2019 Marjorie S. Fisher Fellows Program. Also, John Hebert received the 2019 President's Award, honoring and celebrating his service to the chapter. Congratulations to all!
Thank you to the outstanding Executive Committee, Board of Directors, committee chairs and committee members who served in 2019. These volunteers give of their time and talent so that AFP GDC members can have a rewarding experience. A special thank you to those who are completing their service at the end of the year: Tricia Brosnahan, John Hebert, Rebecca Hepner, and Beth Slade.
Also, a special thank you to our speaker, Jeff Hawkins, and Leader Dog Gracie.
