I have worked with non-profit organizations for the past 12 years as a consultant. I took a three year career break when I moved overseas with my family to New Zealand. It was one of the best experiences of my life and I would do it again. However, we had to come home as my husbands contract was up. After a year of re-adjust to life back in the states I had to start answering the question, "what next". In 2019 I was lucky enough to find an amazing job with the Kansas City Zoo, putting my skills to work as a Corporate Sponsorships and Grant Manager.
