The Psychology Behind unEthical Behavior*

Is it possible anyone can, in the right (or wrong) circumstances, slowly lose track of their moral compass and make unethical decisions? Maybe even decisions that feel justified? Let’s have a conversation about how we keep our moral compass front and center during tough decisions and when it matters most. We’ll put the concept to work and in breakout rooms have discussions about gift acceptance. Are there gifts your nonprofit won’t accept? Why? How do you make those decisions when there really isn’t a “right or wrong” answer. A lot to cover in 45 minutes, but we’ll have a thought provoking and lively conversation.
