OUTLINE

Legal boundaries are important for a non-profit. Understanding legal requirements for your organization, personnel, and mission will make your non-profit successful and sustainable. This session addresses the responsibility to uphold the standards of non-profit status at the state and local level as well as the responsibility to donors and the ethics in fundraising.
