This 2-hour facilitated dialogue will support AFP members as they:

• practice deep listening skills.​
• reflect on personal perspectives as a means to more genuinely connect with individual and organizational efforts to advance inclusion and belonging.​
• build more mutually respectful relationships in their work toward achieving their stated DEI goals.
