Improving Operations & Donor Engagement

Technology is ever-changing. New tools, software, and online platforms are coming out as the next best thing to solve all your organization's problems. The volume of opportunity is overwhelming. How do you know what is the right technology to pick for your organization when there is so much to choose from? Join us for a panel discussion on technology for nonprofits. We will discuss technology that improves internal operations. The panel will also explore technology that helps nonprofits accept donations online and select the most effective that will help improve your organization's fundraising success. Lastly, we'll explore the different donor database/CRMs in the nonprofit sector and things to consider when exploring a new donor database for your organization. The session will close with a Q&A from the panelists.

Sasha and the Panelists will discuss the impact technology and data are having on the nonprofit industry today.

Family Promise launched the use of Classy to support their biggest fundraising peer-to-peer event of the year. Learn from Rose what it meant to launch Classy (including the gift entry) and how it helped raised the more money at the event than ever before.

Elyse Salisz, Annual Fund Manager, Ballet Arizona Phoenix, AZ

Leadership at Ballet Arizona wanted to implement BombBomb for strategic donor engagement after learning about it at networking event. Elyse will share how the team used it to create the highest return on a direct mail appeal.

Claudia Vazquez, Director of Annual Giving & Operations Sun Health Foundation, Surprise, AZ

Claudia implemented a video engagement platform, ThankView, to send personalized videos to donors. Hear from her about the experience of launching the platform during the pandemic and the positive impact it is having on the organization today.
