Connie Collins, CFRE, is an advancement strategist with over 30 years of experience in non-profit leadership and Fortune 500 corporate marketing. Connie currently serves as Executive Partnership Strategist at Kamehameha Schools, one of the world's largest charitable foundations.

Connie has managed six fundraising campaigns, orchestrated a university rebranding campaign, and managed two multi-million dollar corporate product lines. Her previous roles include head of partnership strategy at the Arizona State Julie Ann Wrigley Global Institute of Sustainability, philanthropy and marketing lead for The Nature Conservancy in Arizona, and Vice Chancellor of Advancement at Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly University of Missouri-Rolla). There her team tripled individual giving by focusing on principal gifts and building solid fundraising systems. Under her leadership, Missouri S&T was twice named one of the nation's most improved fundraising programs and six times named the Midwest's best overall institutional advancement program.

Connie has strengthening the advancement capacity of dozens of presidents/CEOs, board members, and academic leaders, as well as hundreds of fundraisers. The first female vice chancellor appointed in the University of Missouri system, Connie is passionate about lighting the path for those who follow, speaking and mentoring in local, regional, and national capacities.
