Let's Talk Talent! Join us for a conversation about the future of our development leadership, workplace and talent. We'll hear 15 to 20 minutes of intriguing information from Tiffanie Dillard, Ph.D. Principal and Founder of Avenir Consulting Partners and then spend structured time in conversation with our peers!

*Are you a current practicing professional in a nonprofit organization with at least 10 years practice in the industry (if so, you’re not old, you’re seasoned!) and this session is just for you! This group is brand new, you haven’t missed anything… yet!

Here is the scoop: Join a group of AFP members for the first of three “conversation” events in 2019 geared towards senior level professionals. We plan to call ourselves SNAP or the Senior Network of Advancement Professionals. (Sounds good, right?)

If we do this right, (and it really matters to us if we do) we will provide a few meaningful educational and networking opportunities this year geared to senior-level members of the AFP of Greater Arizona to help advance in our profession (can’t go wrong with that, right?!); serve as a resource to ensure the highest level of ethical practice (mom would be proud!), and contribute to the advancement of nonprofit and philanthropic communities (which is why we do this stuff, right?!)

Our invited speaker and facilitator is Tiffanie Dillard, PhD, SPHR, ACC who is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Avenir Consulting Partners. She’ll share some headlines of her research on the future of leadership and shifting workplace dynamics, as she leads us through collective conversations to share local implications and potential actions we can take.
Tiffanie coaches individuals and teams in Organization Development, Culture Transformation, and Talent Strategy implementation. She has held multiple Arizona based nonprofit roles including Chief People Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Interim CEO. Her PhD is in Human and Organizational Systems She holds Masters’ Degrees in both Organizational Management and Human Development, as well as both national HR certifications. She is currently the Board Chair of the Arizona Organization Development Network and a co-founder of the Arizona Talent Collaborative.
