The Value of Face-to-Face Donor Engagement

When:  Jun 17, 2020 from 08:30 AM to 10:00 AM (ET)
Associated with  AFP DE, Brandywine Chapter

Speaker: Colleen M. Becht-Foltz, CFRE, CAP®, Gift Planning Officer, American Red Cross

As fundraising professionals, we know the importance of face-to-face donor engagement. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, it was increasingly difficult to schedule time to visit with our most loyal donors, as fundraisers were last-on and the first-off calendars. With our new – hopefully temporary – new reality, concerns of health and safety become the first priority when interacting with donors and prospects. So, where do we go from here?

This session focuses on engagement practices that will ensure quality donor engagement in changing times. Find out how organizations are adapting to the new, post-pandemic normal when considering face-to-face donor visits.
