About the Presenter

Tim Burcham, CFRE, is president of the Burcham Solutions Group based in
Lexington, KY, which provides professional guidance to nonprofit organizations
in the areas of philanthropic fundraising, strategic planning with an emphasis
on change and project management, and executive search.

A certified fundraising executive since 1993 and a certified change manager
since 2011, Tim has more than 30 years of executive philanthropic fundraising
and organizational leadership experience that also encompassed strategic
planning, marketing and public relations, grants and contracts, web and digital
services, conferences and events, change and project management, and
governmental affairs.

He served for 26 years as Vice President for Advancement and Foundation
CEO for Kentucky’s largest institution of higher education – the Kentucky
Community and Technical College System. Prior to joining KCTCS, Tim
served as the Director of Development for the University of Kentucky Community College System and as the Associate Director of Development for the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
