Similar to the in-person events you're accustomed to, these monthly chapter meetings will provide you with the in-depth tools and strategies to help you navigate your role as a fundraising professional and nonprofit leader. Each month, we'll bring in new speakers and experts in the field to focus on specific areas of fundraising. Same great content, now virtual!

Topic:
Planned gifts are among the largest donations nonprofits receive and yet, many fundraisers feel uneasy talking about planned giving with donors. Join us for this special event with Amy Florian, a nationally renowned expert on grief and life transitions who trains finance and nonprofit professionals on how to strengthen relationships with clients and donors.

Attendees will learn:
- How to navigate your discomfort and that of your donors
- How to establish empathetic bonds and build long term loyalty
- How to communicate the necessity of having end of life documents in place
- How to support donors who have recently lost loved ones
