AFP San Diego's IDEA Committee invites you to a virtual program to learn how to generate buy-in and overcome adversity. We'll explore how you can create a "road map" for your advocacy, the value of an IDEA Case for Support, and education to dispel myths, including a case study on advocating for the inclusion of pronouns on organizational email signatures.
