A new face of nonprofit leadership is emerging in response to the pandemic we are all experiencing. Meet some of the individuals in San Diego County who stepped up to rapidly facilitate solutions during COVID-19. Find out what it took to determine what nonprofits needed most and to mobilize essential support - including funding, resources, connections, advocacy.
By the end of the presentation, participants will:
- Learn the skill sets required for nonprofit leadership today and in a post-pandemic world
- Understand emerging needs—in development and leadership—in the nonprofit community
- Gain knowledge in how to become a more effective leader
- Find solutions to strengthen our resilience, even in uncertain times
