Aashika has expertise in the areas ofboard recruitment and training; campaign planning and development;donor management and reporting; major gift solicitation and stewardship;building planned giving programs at cash-dependent organizations;development officer training and goal-setting; and creating fundraisingmetrics unique to individual organizations.Aashika is currently leading a $15 million capital and endowmentcampaign for the Cayton Museum in Santa Monica, that is alreadyahead of schedule toward its goal. She is a graduate of New YorkUniversity with a Master of Science in Fundraising and Grantmaking,and a Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University, New York.Aashika has a wholehearted belief that the third sector, the non-profitsector, is the perfect place for talented, driven individuals who are “thechange they wish to see in the world.” It gives her great satisfaction todeliver fundraising strategy and results to visionary leaders oforganizations as they implement creative programs and ideas to servesociety.
