"Running a Successful Capital Campaign"

     Everything you need to know about running a successful campaign. This two hour in person session will provide a detailed description of the campaign plan; discuss recruiting the right chair, the campaign cabinet and committee roles; talk about your case statement, the campaign budget, timeline, campaign publicity; and provide tips on how to assure that your board, staff, and volunteers are on track with the budget and timeline. We will also talk about how you can use capital campaign methodology to improve your annual giving.
