Kristen draws on more than 25 years of front-line experience working with all sizes of nonprofit organizations to improve their development and fundraising programs. She began her development career at California Pacific Medical Center Foundation in San Francisco. Next, she became the Annual Giving Manager at the Los Angeles Philharmonic, where she also directed the subscriber capital campaign for the construction of the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Her next position was in senior leadership at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), also in downtown Los Angeles. After leaving development, she became a Senior Consultant for Blackbaud, Inc., working with clients around the country on fundraising and ticketing technology projects.

Kristen shines at finding cost-effective solutions for clients with limited resources and is known for helping clients strategically assess their day-to-day business processes. She is especially strong in the customization of those processes; strategic planning for annual and capital campaigns; and managing events, volunteer groups and boards. Kristen’s particular areas of interest include healthcare, arts and cultural institutions.
