Cool-laboration, Part 2 - Real World Non-Profit Collaboration
Presented by Jason Poisson, The Jack and Buena Foundation
In my last presentation, we discussed the issue of collaboration between our diverse (but often common) organizations. I identified three specific places we could collaborate with each other to help meet our organizational goals: staffing, marketing, and fundraising. I would like to report on ways that the Jack and Buena Foundation recently put these strategies into action and what some of the positive outcomes and results were. Then we (as a group) will brainstorm real world ways that the members in the room could potentially utilize collaboration with each other in the future.
HOMEWORK: Be aware that this is going to be a collaborative process. Be ready to share, talk, and be a part of this luncheon. I will be bringing the mystery sticker bag for all that participate this day. Please remember to bring your business cards.
