Rob Kinsey will lead a discussion on ways to increase planned giving resources for your organization, regardless of budget or staff size. 

Rob Kinsey currently serves as an Assistant Vice President of  Development at Iowa State University Foundation, overseeing the Office of Gift Planning and development officers serving University Museums, Library, Alumni Association, Reiman Gardens, and Foundation Relations. He has 19 years of experience in fundraising, specializing in providing solutions that align donors’ philanthropic interests with their financial and estate planning needs. Working for the betterment of several non-profit organizations, he has facilitated nearly $70 million of gifts for Boy Scouts of America, Ottumwa Regional Health Foundation, Simpson College, and Iowa State University. Additionally, he has served as a volunteer consultant for several small non-profits to accelerate their growth.

Rob enjoys sharing gift planning information with others and has presented for groups such as the National Association of Gift Planners National Conference; the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA)– Iowa; American Fundraising Professionals; Iowa State University’s Women in Philanthropy; the Mid-Iowa Council on Planned Giving; along with many other local organizations.
