Teri Wood TeBockhorst is President and Co-Owner of Headlight  Strategies, a strategic communications consulting firm in Des Moines.  She has overseen significant progress and change in central Iowa for  several organizations, including the Better Business Bureau of Des  Moines, Blank Park Zoo, John Stoddard Cancer Center, Hoyt Sherman  Place, Water Works Park Foundation, and many others. As President of  Clear Channel outdoor, Teri ran a multi-million-dollar organization  statewide. And as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Iowa  Lottery Teri managed statewide programs and licensed properties that  changed the way lotteries nationwide promote and sell their products.  Her vision and leadership are highly regarded among her significant network across our community and beyond. 


Andy TeBockhorst
Co-Owner
Headlight Strategies

Andy TeBockhorst is Co-Owner of Headlight Strategies, and the former  Chief Strategic Communications Officer for United Way of Central Iowa.  Andy has led digital and traditional marketing and communications for a  broad variety of organizations nationwide including mass and small business retail, business services, nonprofit, manufacturing, and others.  Andy specializes in digital marketing and HubSpot implementations,  having onboarded and implemented HubSpot with multiple organizations  with a wide scope of market needs and offerings. He has successfully  utilized it and other digital platforms to significantly streamline sales  processes, define and increase audiences and sales leads, and deploy  cohesive, effective marketing and communications strategies.


Parking:

Ample free parking is available on the north and south sides of the building.
