Description

About the program:
Lasting donor relationships rest heavily on how well you communicate and express your gratitude. Connecting with your donor’s feelings and expressing organizational and personal gratitude can have significant impacts on donor retention – which in turn will have a major impact on your bottom line year over year. We’ll explore the importance of emotion and gratitude and how your organization can raise more funds from people who feel wonderful about giving you more. I might even say, they would love to give you more.
