Cramer & Associates’ Pivot Plan revolves around five “pivot gears” that are at the heart of every nonprofit: programs and services, leadership, finance, fundraising, and marketing & communications. At the core of the plan is the understanding that mission fulfillment is the number one priority, as these gears must work together in sync to create a path forward during times of crisis.
As a participant of the Pivot Plan, your organization will benefit from the following:
Creating a cohesive plan forward, past disruption and into action
Focusing and syncing all of the “gears” on mission fulfillment to ensure financial sustainability
Removing barriers and tearing down silos which typically exist in nonprofit organizations
