Katelyn Baughan is a passionate, data-driven nonprofit email consultant dedicated to helping organizations unlock sustainable growth through email. Over the past decade, she has managed and optimized multimillion-dollar digital campaigns, seeing firsthand how thoughtful strategy, compelling storytelling, and relentless testing can transform engagement and fundraising outcomes.

In 2018, Katelyn founded KB Digital to partner closely with nonprofits as an extension of their teams—bringing a “think big, follow the data” approach to every engagement. Her client work spans leading organizations including National Geographic, The Trevor Project, UNHCR, The Cancer Research Institute, Amnesty International, and National Breast Cancer Foundation. From launch strategies and complex campaigns to audience growth and automation, she builds programs that are both innovative and practical—designed to deliver ROI and deepen supporter relationships.

Based in Rockville, MD, Katelyn holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Maryland and a Digital Marketing Certificate from Georgetown University. She is certified in email marketing (Mailchimp and HubSpot), Google Analytics, Google Ads, and inbound marketing (HubSpot).
