Goal Setting. Gift Range Chart. Retention. Acquisition. Giving Channels. Strategy. Benchmark. Forecast. Development Committee. How do you structure an annual fundraising plan? What comes first? AND, what does it mean to embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice or belonging into your plan?  The Advancement Team at St. Andrew’s School will walk you through how they create their annual fundraising plan, how they work together and individually, and how they keep DEIJ at the forefront of it all.
