In her work at these organizations, she oversaw the operational aspects of the development function—database administration, donor stewardship and prospect research—before moving into major gifts and chief development officer roles.

 Lauren’s background includes strategic planning and landscape analysis for public sector organizations in the workforce development, economic development, and tourism sectors. Her ten years of experience working for nonprofit organizations in the Philadelphia area gives her an insider view of the challenges and changing needs that nonprofits face each year, from funding constraints to mission drift to adverse environmental conditions. She also has provided public policy analysis and reports for advocacy efforts by executive leaders.
