You hear a lot about ‘managing up’ these days as a crucial skill to stand out as a professional, grow your leadership skills, and keep yourself sane when working with a manager who is pulled in many different directions. However, what does ‘managing up’ look like in practice? And how can you successfully exercise this skill to achieve your professional goals?

Join the Young Professionals Affinity Group for an interactive workshop on how to effectively manage your supervisor with confidence and ease. You will walk away from this event with tools and strategies to overcome your biggest ‘managing up’ challenges, and an action plan on how to implement your takeaways to create an immediate impact in your workplace.
