Description

In October 2018, a shooting at a synagogue in Pittsburgh forever changed fundraising and communications for a disability nonprofit organization, Achieva, that served two of the men who died. Learn the steps Achieva took to handle the influx of media inquiries and donations from around the globe.  Learn how they were able to successfully steward and keep their new constituents informed then and now, and how they found their new normal.
