Nonprofits raise annual funds through a comprehensive set of strategies known as annual giving campaigns. They consist of a variety of fundraising efforts centered around targeted donor solicitation and stewardship to meet the broader annual fund goal. Your annual giving campaign is comprised of strategic development opportunities, helping you meet and exceed your fundraising goals each year. Many different efforts will add to its success, with each step of the campaign requiring donor interaction, solicitations, and stewardship. Attendees will walk away with a deeper understanding of the two main objectives for conducting an annual giving campaign: Strengthening donor relations and sustaining operational expenses.
