Igniting Your Board for Stronger Engagement and Development

When:  Tue, Oct 13, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM (ET)
Associated with  AFP FL, Southwest Chapter

Serving on a nonprofit board is an important responsibility, but it is not always an easy one.

Board members need the right tools to:

  • Understand their role in the organization
  • Stay motivated to support the mission
  • Explore the many ways they can engage fully in board service, including fundraising
  • Recognize the importance of building a strong board culture and a culture of philanthropy

This lunchtime session brings together board members and staff to explore ways to strengthen board passion, participation, and impact for the good of the organization.

Facilitated by Tracy Vanderneck, CFRE, Phil.Com Consulting
