This presentation will shed light on diversity in philanthropy and will focus on breaking the silos and engaging all cultures. We will examine the various ethnic groups and cultural practices that are unique to the various cultures. As a result, development professionals and non-profit executives will be able to develop their own self-awareness and how they interact with diverse populations, understand the values that guide cultural groups, increase their knowledge and skills as well as demonstrate a high regard for fairness, ethics, equity and integrity and embrace diversity as well as build upon the strengths it brings and offers to their organizations.
