As nonprofit leaders, we must develop inclusive leadership skills, such as cultivating an equity-focused lens and fostering authentic conversations. However, it is important to acknowledge when we don't have the answers. Join us for a conversation with Maya Lawrence, the Allyship Director at the Alliance Theatre, to delve into the ways we can make diversity in leadership a sustainable and intrinsic part of our work as fundraisers. At this chapter meeting, we will also honor AFP Greater Atlanta's 2021 Diversity Fellows as they close out their fellowship year.
