Multiple pandemics, working from home, and concerns about the economy and politics have impacted our daily lives and how our businesses operate. Tanya Odom is a nationally renowned consultant, executive coach, and speaker who has worked in the equity, diversity, and inclusion and leadership space for decades. Tanya will lead an interactive session, creating a conversation that focuses on what we have learned in 2020, the opportunities for change, and the impact this year has had on our work.
During this end of the year meeting, we will also recognize our 2020 Diversity Fellows and honor Alicia Philipp with the Be Haas award.
