Description

Join us for lunch and networking, plus a workshop focused on self care! Networking and check-in start 11:30am while lunch is being served. The presentation will begin at 12:00pm.


Taking a bubble bath is great but it’s not going to solve professional stress and burnout.  Learn how to implement daily practical coping skills to reduce stress, avoid burnout and enhance the joy of working as fundraising professional.  “Learning to say no” is a very important tool in setting healthy boundaries and something most of us aren’t good at. Learn from the experts!
