Self-care has been defined as “being responsible to yourself.” Join fellow AFP peers for the AFP Chapter 10-Star Webinar to look at some questions including: ‘How does self-care relate to our work?’ and ‘What are some challenges to incorporating self-care?’ Together we will explore the important connection between self-care and mental health. Following the discussion, Molly Schreiber, will share some tips and wellness skills to benefit the mind, body, and spirit.
