Inland AFP is excited to launch a new chapter committee dedicated to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA). This is an opportunity to help shape our chapter’s direction and build the power needed to ensure our work uplifts historically marginalized and underrepresented groups.
IDEA Chapter Meetings will serve as a safe and collaborative space for members to deepen their shared commitment to IDEA, exchange knowledge, highlight ongoing efforts, and learn from mission-aligned colleagues. Please join us on December 8 for our inaugural chapter meeting, where we’ll share updates on our IDEA Committee planning and work together to build momentum for 2026 and beyond.
