The importance of strengthening board relationships to develop a healthy donor pipeline, achieve organizational success, and advance mission impact

An organization's board of directors must be properly nurtured in order to build deeper relationships, enhance their engagement levels, and utilize their skills. Since donors respect the position of a nonprofit's board members, you should maximize their influence on your fundraising efforts. Whether your nonprofit is large or small, you'll benefit from having a strategic board stewardship plan in place. It will lay the groundwork for successful fundraising and mission impact.
