area to build your community of practice. This is not a session to come and listen, but a time to
co-create solutions to the challenges YOU face in moving your pipeline forward.

Aliguma has raised over $200,000,000 for organizations including leading the capital campaign for construction of the National Center for Civil and Human Rights in Atlanta, GA. In addition to being a fundraising thought leader with 20+ years of experience leading fundraising efforts leading and advising on capital campaigns and organization turnarounds, Aliguma is also an Equity Centered Innovation thought leader and practitioner leading M.O.R.E., Inc. (Moving Organizations to Racial Equity).
Aliguma, also a DEI strategist and practitioner, is an internationally sought after speaker/trainer/leadership coach on diversity, equity, and equitable culture building. Aliguma has partnered with notable corporations like Microsoft, social enterprises like Volunteers of America, philanthropic organizations like the City Fund, political leaders and offices, and high net worth individuals throughout her career.
