As much as we all like to believe we always make decisions based on logic and reason, this simply isn’t true. People act on emotion. And one of the most effective ways to produce emotion is through storytelling.

If you want to cultivate better connections with your supporters and prompt your audience into action during your next campaign or fundraising event, you need to get good at telling stories. Storytelling has a way of engaging the brain in ways other forms of communication simply can’t.

Raise Storyteller of the Year, Madison Gonzalez, will be sharing practical tips and takeaways for how to craft and deliver irresistible storytelling campaigns that will help take your mission and message to the next level.

This Session Will Cover:

  • Step-By-Step instructions to an Award-Winning Virtual Storytelling Campaign
  • Learn the Psychological Science of Storytelling and how-to use it to connect to your audience
  • Dissect the Structure of Storytelling and the secrets to telling a good one
  • Discuss how-to Ethically Share Stories (i.e. protect anonymity and keep integrity)
