Speaker: Cheryl R. Cooper, CAP, Executive Director, Random Acts of Flowers IndianapolisRandom Acts of Flowers is celebrating its third year in Indianapolis, and the delivery of tens of thousands bouquets to patients in hospitals and other care facilities. How does RAF manage to do that with just two staff members—reclaim, recycle, and deliver so many flowers? Cheryl will share the challenges of a “new” organization; the role of a board in a “branch”; managing 400+ volunteers; and, how RAF raises funds for a “non-essential” service. Learn how to apply these successes to your own organization. And, join the chapter in a vase drive for RAF.
