Building strong donor centric relationships leads to impactful giving. Are your own, hidden biases, limiting your fundraising success? Join Theresa Reyes-Cummings, a veteran of the Cultural Competency Collective of Kansas City, along with other experts in the field to explore how diversity, inclusion, and bias can impact your work. This program will help you understand the nuances of diversity and inclusion, both internally and externally, and provide an overview of unconscious bias, how it shows up and how it can impact our decision making and behaviors.
