Recognizing that all brains function differently, this session aims to build awareness, understanding, and acceptance of neurodivergent colleagues in a professional setting. Participants will explore the strengths and challenges often experienced by neurodivergent individuals, including those with Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia, and gain practical strategies for fostering inclusive and productive work environments. By creating neurodiverse-friendly workplaces, organizations can improve team dynamics and employment retention.
Discussion and interaction with other participants are requested. To request reasonable accommodations to participate in this training, please contact Lauren Ziegler at awareness@pstcc.edu at least one business week in advance.
Buffet lunch will be served. Register by September 23, 2025.
