Individuals who utilize their strengths every day are six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs and three times as likely to report having an excellent quality of life. Utilizing over five decades of research, CliftonStrengths helps individuals identify their natural talents and encourages them to invest in what they do best, transforming their talents into strengths. CliftonStrengths is a tool that allows you to harness your strengths in your career, help you manage others, build effective teams, and even develop personal relationships. In this engaging session, attendees will discover their Top 5 Themes, reflect how they show up in daily life, and learn how they can aim their strengths for success.
This will be a joint program hosted by AFP and PRSA.
