PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The course will cover the history of planned gifts, types of gifts that make up the world of planned giving, planned giving sources of information, and setting up and marketing of a Planned Giving Program at various levels. The program is ideal for anyone in, or interested in, the development area within a 501(c) 3 organization. There will be three – two hour sessions, presented online from 6 PM - 8 PM.

INSTRUCTOR
Your instructor is James E. Meyer (Jim), MS Hunter College, MEd Columbia University. Jim has taught Planned Giving at CW Post, Long Island University, Hofstra University, and Molloy College. He has lectured for the AFPLI, the Charitable Estate Planning Council of Long Island, the Nassau CPA Society, The Financial Planning Association, Long Island, the PPGGNY, as well as countless boards and charities.
REGISTRATION & FEES
The fee for AFPLI members is $100 and the fee for non-members is $200.
Please note that you must attend all three of these events LIVE to attain CFRE credits.
Attendees will attain 6 CFRE credits.
The number of students is VERY limited, so we encourage early registration.
