Rebecca Kovrlija, MBA, CFRE brings 20+ years of experience in fundraising, marketing, and nonprofit leadership. She currently partners with speaking coach Vanessa Cuddeford to help professionals speak with clarity and confidence in high-stakes settings.
Previously, Rebecca served as Associate Director of Philanthropy at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, where she personally raised over $5 million in major gifts and contributed to seven- and eight-figure strategy efforts.
Earlier in her career, she launched the Best Buddies Jobs program in central Massachusetts as the region’s first dedicated staff member—helping individuals with disabilities secure meaningful employment and greater clarity about their strengths.
