A recipient of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Fellowship, Shaïnah specializes in strategic grant processes, impactful engagement, and culturally responsive fundraising.

Her early career in Education ignited her passion the social sector and continues to drive her approach to fundraising. Skilled in multiple languages—Spanish, French, Haitian Creole, and Swahili—she brings a fresh, equity-centered perspective to her work.
