Whether you are managing a team or looking to take a step in your career, it is time to enhance your knowledge beyond raising money.
Leadership and overall workplace culture are the two most significant factors affecting employee engagement, work relationships, and job satisfaction. When leaders fail to foster a healthy culture, it can feel like an invisible force is working against their efforts at productivity, quality, innovation, and teamwork. Culture is the identity of your team or organization and represents the sum total of your interactions, practices, and systems. Learning to influence and foster a culture aligned with your values is an essential competency for leaders today.
This workshop will explore six key elements for creating a healthy workplace culture, as well as the core skills, mindsets, and strategies needed to provide clear leadership, improve trust, increase influence, and enhance engagement for those they lead.
