Please join us for our FIRST
in-person event since March 2020! The AFP GDC IDEA and Membership Committees invite chapter members and non-members to join us at
Detroit Shipping Co. to celebrate Black Philanthropy Month and network with fellow fundraisers. Light drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be provided. This event is free for members and non-members but registration is required.
This event will take place on a 2nd level outdoor balcony accessible by elevator or stairs. If there is rain forecasted the morning of the event we will be moved to a semi-private indoor space. AFP GDC will not be enforcing mask wearing, however, there will be disposable masks and hand sanitizer available at the registration table for your use. We ask that attendees be respectful of others and their personal decisions.
Space is limited. If you registered and can no longer attend, please contact the AFP GDC events manager, Sarah Dysinger, at
sdysinger@afpdet.org ASAP to cancel your registration so the next person in line can attend.
