Michigan Nonprofit Organization Finances in 2020: New Research and the Search for Options

When:  May 20, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM (ET)
Join two nonprofit researchers for a lively review and discussion of recent research into the fiscal health and financial challenges facing Michigan nonprofits. They will give an overview of the nonprofit sector, its finances (cash on hand and assets), and the outlook facing fundraising professionals in the wake of COVID-19. The program aims at helping working fundraisers and nonprofit leaders to better understand and more effectively respond to the fundraising environment for the rest of 2020.

The program will be of interest and value to people at all career stages. Management-level professionals, however, are especially encouraged to attend and participate actively in the question and answer portion of the program.

This program is jointly hosted by the Greater Detroit and Capital Area chapters of AFP.
