What's the IDEA? A discussion that looks at the individual elements of IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access) and the roles the elements play in our personal lives, workplace, and with our donors. Panelists will help participants explore ways to integrate each element of IDEA in their daily lives through conscious behaviors and intentional actions.

Additionally, Panelists will share stories that come from their experiences in life and/or at work. Participants will be asked to discuss their reactions, thoughts, and potential outcomes.
