This virtual event is intended to 1) aid in identifying areas of improvement to enhance work and philanthropic experiences for Black employees and donors, 2) acknowledge lived experiences that may be a trigger for anxiety and agitation in the workplace and/or donor cycle, and 3) empower attendees to be change agents and allies for Black staff and donors.
