Don’t Just Hire Them – Grow Them: Supporting Young Professionals in Fundraising
In many Montana nonprofits, there isn’t a large advancement team - which makes investing in young professionals even more critical. In this Lunch and Learn our panel will focus on how organizations can provide meaningful professional development, board exposure, budget transparency, and leadership opportunities that prepare young fundraisers for long-term success.
This informative session will feature Aly Turner, Executive Director of Moss Mansion; Gene Muhammad, Director of Development at Montana State University Alumni Foundation; Michelle Luu, Program Associate for the Harold M. & Adeline S. Morrison Family Foundation; and Korey Pimental, Development Coordinator for Strategic Partnerships for Society of Women Engineers.
This live virtual event is free for members; $25 for non-members, and will take place over the lunch hour, allowing participants to log into Zoom, participate in the educational program while enjoying their lunch. The Lunch and Learn will occur from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
